My neighbor tried to burn down her house.( second time in 3 years).She almost pulled it off this time.It was a real bad one and a quick call was all thsat
seved the totally gutted house.
Anyway this table and chair was tossed out into theeir back yard. Everyday I would go out the back deck and see it in the middle of their yard.On day she was back taking things as she had sold the shell and wanted the doors.I asked if I could have the table and chairs.She said sure.

Here is what I did with them..
Which lead to needing a place to put the table and chairs-
The new deck
to
TO ( we added a roof to it.)
Which lead to needing a bench on the old deck...
Bench deck added to side patio & hide a screen.

So, if a neighbor ever throws out something.. Think twice about taking it. It can turn out to be a lot more work then you counted on.
